When a young boy, Kevin, discovers his wardrobe to contain a secret time portal he embarks on a time-traveling adventure with a group of treasure scavenging dwarves. Along the way Kevin visits the Napoleonic and Middle Ages while the dwarves use a Universal Time-map from the Supreme Being in hopes of finding their fortune.

The cast includes: John Cleese, Sean Connery, Katherine Helmond, Shelley Duvall, Ian Holm, Ralph Richardson, Michael Palin, Peter Vaughan, and David Rappaport.
