Brokers Mortimer and Randolph Duke place a wager that they can successfully incorporate a criminal into the company. Who was once the criminal Billy Ray is now the businessman Louis. But Louis is being set up for crimes he didn't commit as a test to see if he will revert to the old ways as Billy Ray once he's lost his newfound affluent lifestyle.
