Rookie L.A.P.D. officer Jake Hoyt is assigned to detective Alonzo Harris; a veteran narcotics officer with radical philosophies on law enforcement. As Jake realizes the extremes of Harris's methodology, he is forced to question whether Harris's revolutionary ways are ethical or not.
