Bounty hunter/ officer Jack Deth is obssessed with pursuing hypnotizing mastermind Whistler, a man responsible for turning innocent civilians into zombies called Trancers using his hypnotic powers. With Whistler evading Deth by time traveling to the 1980's, can Deth save 1980's Los Angeles before its too late?
