Retired naval official Casey Ryback as settled down as a chef in Denver, Co. When he decides to take his niece Sarah on vacation via the train to Los Angeles, the last thing he's expecting is for it to be hijacked by terrorists. All the same Travis Dane takes the train hostage and, in cahoots with a Middle Eastern terrorist group, uses the train as a headquarter through which to manipulate the pentagon and a coveted satellite that Dane hopes to use for nefarious purposes. With the world's hopes resting on Ryback its time for his to abandon his "culinary cloak" and once again don his deadly naval defense tactics in time to take down the bad guy and play hero to niece and world.
