1980's New York Wall Street stockbroker Bud Fox has a strong desire to be the best. Firm employee by day, Fox spends his off hours working his way in with ruthlessly successful broker Gordon Gekko. When Gekko takes Fox under his wing indoctrinating the philosophy of "Greed means Green" Fox soon learns the ropes and is surrounded with the aristocratic luxuries of his dreams. But when Fox's father learns of his fast scheming lifestyle, including fast women, will it cost Fox the relationship that should matter most to a man, his family?
