HARD TARGET (1993-R)

When Natasha Binder ventures to New Orleans in search of her father whose mysteriously missing, she runs into a man by the name of Chance.  A la Chance, Binder discovers her father's been killed by an organization who apparently sell "human hunting" opportunities; the prey are combat veterans. With Chance by her side, Binder tries to find a way to take down the system, but with a workers strike in action, and Chance suddenly targeted as one of the "prey" in the corrupt company's "game," the stakes have suddenly been raised very high..
