SYNOPSIS...
The Enterprise gets the job of taking an alien woman, Elaan, to the planet Troyius, where she will be married. The woman is a hostile, ill mannered person.

Kirk attempts to teach Elaan about the niceties of life. Meanwhile, a Klingon ship pursues the Enterprise.

One of the woman's bodyguards turns out to be a spy, in communication with the Klingon ship. The Enterprise safely delivers Elaan to Troyius.
